With activated sludge technology ranging from 8-12g/l, the systems feature compact bioreactors, reducing the need for waste activated sludge removal.

For non-potable reclaimed water, energy consumption ranges from 0.9-2.1 kWh/m3.

Use case 01

Rappin paper edge protectors factory

The old anaerobic wastewater treatment plant and flocculation process did not provide sufficient effluent quality.

Our goal was to implement a containerized system to treat the paper factory's wastewater and reuse water for paper edge protectors production.

The first phase of the project is one 40ft containerized MBR system treating and reusing 60 cubic meters of wastewater daily.

A full-scale solution will treat and reuse up to 360 cubic meters of wastewater per day, installed into 6 pcs of 40ft containers.

Brewery

Excessive water consumption without wastewater treatment solutions posed a challenge.

Our objective was to align with brewery ESG targets by reducing water consumption and provide wastewater treatment and reuse as potable water.

Our system enables the reuse of treated wastewater for brewery tank cleaning, filter washing, and can rinsing operations. Housed within a 40ft container, the all-in-one system features MBR and reverse osmosis technology, treating and reusing up to 97 cubic meters of wastewater per day.

The treated water meets potable water quality standards following EU drinking water guidelines.
